Biblijne podstawy liturgii egzorcyzmów w odnowionym „Rytuale Rzymskim”

Abstract
For almost 400 years in the celebration of exorcism in the Roman Catholic Church the Roman Ritual of 1614 has been in use. In 1999 the new rite: Exorcism and other prayers imploring was introduced. The article presents the biblical basis of exorcism in the renewed liturgy of the Roman Ritual. The points 1-3 describe the prayers of exorcism as found in the Old and New Testaments. In the point 4 the structure of the renewed Roman Ritual is presented. In the point 5 the Author gives detailed description of the Chapter I of the Roman Ritual, to underline biblical roots of the Rite of Greater Exorcism. In point 6 the common features and differences of exorcism activities described in the Bible and in the renewed Roman Ritual are listed and compared.
