Bilateral Brakhial Nöropati Kliniği ile Prezente Olan Sjögren Sendromu

Abstract
Sjögren sendromu (SS) hem santral sinir sistemi (SSS) hem de periferik sinir sistemini (PSS) etkileyebilir. PSS ile ilgili en sık simetrik sensorimotor periferik nöropati ve saf duysal simetrik polinöropati görülmektedir. Daha nadiren mononöritis multipleks ve brakhial nöropati gibi asimetrik polinöropati görülebilir. Bu yazıda bilateral brakhial nöropati kliniği ile ortaya çıkan bir olgunun klinik ve elektrofizyolojik özelliklerini sunuyoruz. Olgumuz, özellikle subakut- kronik asimetrik güçsüzlüğü olan hastalarda, ayırıcı tanıda Sjögren sendromunun düşünülmesi ve buna yönelik incelemelerin yapılması açısından önem taşımaktadır.
