Abstract
Autor przedstawia libertarianska alternatywę wobec państwowej policji i wymiaru sprawiedliwości. Oparta na aksjomacie nieagresji i prymacie wolności indywidualnej konstrukcja teoretyczna proponuje, zamiast państwowego monopolu w dziedzinie ochrony i prawniczego pozytywizmu, wizje ładu spontanicznego. W jego ramach usługi w zakresie ochrony i rozstrzygania sporów byłyby świadczone przez podmioty działające w ramach gospodarki wolnorynkowej. Poddanie ich mechanizmom rynku pozwoli, w przekonaniu libertarian, na podniesienie poziomu ich skuteczności, minimalizacje kosztów oraz wyeliminowanie ogromnej sfery przestępczości kreowanej przez samo państwo.
