BIOSYNTHESIS OF SILVER NANOPARTICLES AND CHARACTERIZATION
Journal Title: Indo American Journal of Pharmaceutical Research - Year 2017, Vol 7, Issue
Abstract
Abstract In current science, nanotechnology has been thriving at a tremendous rate in all aspect of Science and Technology. It deals with between 1 to100 nm sizes of nanoparticles in at least one dimension and involves in developing different devices. Currently, nanobiotechnology is a commercial alternate process for chemical and physical methods for synthesis of various nanoparticles with specific functions. It is new branch of nanotechnology and combines the biological principles with physical and chemical methods. Silver nanoparticles were biosynthesized using plant extract and the biosynthesized nanoparticles was observed within 30 min. The characterization of silver nanoparticles detected by UV-Visible spectrophotometer, FTIR Spectroscopy, DLS and Zeta potential for support of the biosynthesis, average particles size. This article represented about preparation methods of silver nanoparticles and its characterization and also applications of biosynthesized silver nanoparticles.
QUALITY AND TREATMENT OUTCOMES OF DIRECTLY OBSERVED TREATMENT OF SHORT-COARSE OF TUBERCULOSIS (DOTS) IN SOUTH WEST ETHIOPIAN: A COHORT STUDY
Abstract Background: TB is one of the world’s leading causes of death and of the global burden of disease. It is estimated that at 36 million will die of TB if proper control measures are not instituted. Assessing the qu...
METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION FOR THE ESTIMATION OF BREXPIPRAZOLE IN DRUG SUBSTANCE BY RP-HPLC METHOD
Abstract Analytical method was developed for the estimation of Brexpiprazole drug substance by liquid chromatography. The chromatographic separation was achieved on C18 column (Inertsil ODS 3V 150*4.6, 5um) at ambient te...
EFFECT OF FORMULATION EXCIPIENTS ON AEROSOLISATION PERFORMANCE OF BUDESONIDE
The marketed dry powder inhalations (DPI) are based on lactose monohydrate alone and lactose anhydrous is neither studied nor used as a carrier in marketed DPIs. Lactose is not recommended as a carrier in budesonide form...
NOVEL PYRIMIDINE SCHIFF BASES: SYNTHESIS AND PHARMACOLOGICAL SCREENING
Schiff bases are aldehydelike compounds in which an imine group replaces the carbonyl group. They are widely used for industrial purposes and also exhibit a broad range of biological activities. This study represents the...
SELF-MICROEMULSIFYING DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM: SOLIDIFICATION TECHNIQUES, DOSAGE FORM AND EVALUATION.
Abstract Low aqueous solubility is attributed to the low oral bioavailability is a major problem for formulation scientist as most of recent drugs are lipophilic in nature and their lower solubility and dissolution is a...
