BODIES OF PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION IN UKRAINE IN THE LATE 1920S AND THE EARLY 1930S

Abstract
This paper presents analysis of the organizational structure and legal status of the bodies conducted pre-trial (preliminary) investigation in the Ukrainian SSR in the late 1920s and the early 1930s. On the basis of laws and regulations the author determines the structure and subordinacy of the pre-trial investigation bodies in the Ukrainian SSR. The origins of the legislation regulating legal status of the preliminary investigation agencies in the Ukrainian SSR are examined.
