ТHE METHOD OF INVOLVING MINORS IN PROSTITUTION OR FORCING THEM TO ENGAGE IN PROSTITUTION

Abstract
The article considers the method of committing a crime as one of the main elements of the criminalistic characterization of involving a minor in prostitution or compelling him to engage in prostitution. The author's definition of a way of involving minors in prostitution or coercion into prostitution is suggested. it is justified that the structure of the method of committing this crime is threefold and includes such elements as the method of preparation, the method of committing a crime and the method of its hiding. The main attention in the article is given directly to the method of committing a crime.
