DOCTRINE CONCEPT E-GOVERNMENT

Abstract
The article is aimed at the study of the doctrine of the concept of e-government, which was carried out according to certain criteria, which is based on the classification of concepts according to the conditions of distribution, depending on the descriptive nature, applied aspects, technical features and economic aspects. The variants of definition and interpretation of the concept of e-governance are analyzed. Formulated author’s approach to the definition of its concept. It is concluded that the main difference between the various definitions used at this time is the formulated goal of e-government.
