BODIES OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT AS PARTICIPANTS IN PROPERTY-ECONOMIC RELATIONS

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of participation of local self-government bodies in certain property-economic relations. It is noted that at present the completeness of implementation by local self-government bodies of competence in property-economic relations is to a certain extent limited by the narrowness of the interpretation of legal norms in the sphere of management by law enforcement agencies. In particular, it is emphasized that local self-government bodies can use various methods of alienation of property objects in the course of property transactions, which are not confined solely to privatization. In addition, the unacceptability of unfounded expansion of the scope of application of certain acts of economic legislation regulating certain groups of property and business relations is emphasized (on the example of the Law of Ukraine «On Leasing State and Community Property»).
