Abstract
The article analyzes the experience of the Republic of Moldova regarding to the administrative-legal regulation of relations in the area of protection and use of the animal world. Existing problems that need to be addressed, as well as the main current trends in the development of administrative-legal regulation in the area of protection and use of the animal world are identified.
