PARTICULARITĂȚILE CONTRACTULUI DE ANTREPRIZĂ ÎN CONSTRUCȚII

Abstract
Some relationships in the category of entrepreneurship established between legal entities are so varied that they are separated into separate institutes and governed by special rules of law. The relationships of the enterprise are divided into two large groups.The first of these groups includes relationships that meet the economic needs of legal entities.The second group - entrepreneurial relations aimed at meeting the social needs of citizens.The main place here is taken by the entrepreneur, for the social service of the population, in which the citizens appear as a client. The number of these types of contracts is assigned to the contractor under construction in order to execute the projects.
