SOME ASPECTS OF IMPROVEMENT THE FALSE REPORTS OF THE EXPLOSION’S THREAT’S CRIMINAL LIABILITY

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of the criminal liability of the deliberately false reports of an explosion’s threat. The main problems of the assignment and serving of punishment of the commission of such crimes have been analyzed. Some aspects of the punishment’s improvement of the deliberately false reports of an explosion’s threat are determined. It is noted that the punishment’s improvement is the important element of the prevention these crimes. Speaking about the punishment’s improvement put forward in the implementation of alternative measures of punishment – the mulct and the public work. In addition, in order to reduce the number of such crimes, it is proposed to develop a set of social and preventive measures.
