LEGAL SUPPORT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC POLICY FOR THE FORMATION OF SELF-SUSTAINING TERRITORIAL GROMADES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article discussed the issues of effective implementation the public policy of building self-sufficient territorial gromades with the implementation of decentralization of powers, the reform of local self-government and the territorial organization of power in Ukraine. It is analyzed the regulatory and legal support for the creation of self-sufficient gromades to solve many problems and to form a real model of local self-government in Ukraine, which should be carried out within the framework of a single public policy in this field. Priorities were determined by the public authorities to develop the basic principles for building self-sufficient territorial gromades.
