БОДИПЛЕТИЗМОГРАФИЯ КАК МЕТОД ДИАГНОСТИКИ НАРУШЕНИЙ ФУНКЦИИ ДЫХАНИЯ У ДЕТЕЙ С БРОНХИАЛЬНОЙ АСТМОЙ

Abstract
The aim of the study was the investigation of respiratory function in children with asthma exacerbation using body plethysmography. Materials and Methods: The study included 63 children with asthma. Body plethysmography performed on body plethysmograph POWERCUBE BODY (GANSHORN). All patients underwent a comprehensive study of indicators of respiratory function in compliance with the standards of research. Results. Body plethysmography analysis of the results showed that the majority of surveyed children bronchial resistance and the average value of the residual lung volume exceeded the normal range. In 57 (90.48%) patients had improvement of relations to a residual volume of the residual capacity of the lungs above the normal range. Indicators of residual volume relationship to residual capacity at patients who are not receiving the basic therapy (213,89 ± 11,78%) significantly exceeded the significant values of patients using anti-inflammatory drugs (163,08 ± 15,85) [p = 0.026]. Conclusion. Our studies have shown that during the examination of respiratory function using body plethysmography possible accurate diagnosis of obstructive changes in the bronchopulmonary system in the early stages of the disease in children.
