Abstract

The book has 92 chapters describing the latest operative techniques including the guided growth procedure using an 8-plate by Peter Stevens. Each chapter has the same format: definition, anatomy, physical examination, pathogenesis, natural history, physical findings, imaging and diagnostic studies, differential diagnoses, non-operative management, surgical management, pearls and pitfalls, postoperative care, outcomes, and complication.
