Abstract

the article is an analysis of the issue of drugs consumption, in the historical context, and concentrates on the synthetic drugs production that lasts for the last decades. authors mainly focus on the most present topic – the boosters: their impact on health (intoxication), distribution and production. they consider measures taken by authorities to fight this phenomenon, as well as show its partial efficiency due to changes in boosters production (flexible changes of consistence) and distribution (foreign platforms use).<br/><br/>
