基于基片集成波导的正反渐变槽<br /> 整流天线阵列的研究<br />

Abstract

本文提出和设计Ka波段基片集成波导馈电的正反渐变槽整流天线阵列。基于基片集成波导技术的整流器通过全波仿真软件和谐波平衡法联合仿真实现。基片集成波导馈电的正反渐变槽整流天线单元和1×4阵列在低成本的标准PCB工艺上设计和制作。当频率为30 GHz时,所测得的基片集成波导馈电正反渐变槽天线单元的增益为12 dBi,同时测得整流电路的射频-直流转换效率为27.4%。在1×4的整流天线阵列中,总直流输出功率约为四个单元整流天线直流输出功率之和。
