Abstract

Zusammenfassung: Am Anfang des Referats werden allgemein Braunkohlenlagerstätten beiderseits der Lausitzer Neisse in Deutschland und in Polen vorgestellt. Am Beispiel des Tagebaus Berzdorf wird im allgemeinen Überblick die Rekultivierung und Sanierung erläutert. Die Schaffung der dauerhaften Sicherheit nach dem Bergbau ist ebenso wichtig wie die Wiedernutzbarmachung für die Menschen, besonders auch für den Tourismus. Die natürlichen und geologischen Bedingungen beiderseits der Neiße sind vergleichbar, so dass sich eine Zusammenarbeit über Grenzen hinweg anbietet.<br/><br/>
