بررسی رابطه انسجام خانوادگی با فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان، سال 1395

Abstract
زمینه و هدف: انسجام خانواده به جنبه های سلامت روان‌شناختی خانواده و پیوند عاطفی بین اعضای خانواده اشاره دارد. فرسودگی تحصیلی به معنی ایجاد احساس خستگی نسبت به انجام تکالیف درسی و مطالعه است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رابطه انسجام خانوادگی با فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان در سال 1395 انجام گردید. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان بودند که از بین آن‌ها، 386 نفر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های استاندارد فرسودگی تحصیلی ماسلاخ و انسجام خانوادگی استفاده شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 20 و آزمون‌های آماری، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه تجزیه شد. یافته ها: میانگین نمره انسجام خانواده و فرسودگی تحصیلی در بین نمونه های مورد بررسی به ترتیب برابر با 13/38±76/28 و 14/70± 41/73 بود. یافته های مطالعه بیان کننده آن بود که بین فرسودگی تحصیلی و انسجام خانوادگی رابطه منفی و معنی دار وجود داشت (0/27-=r، 0/001p=). نتیجه گیری: یافته های مطالعه بیان کننده آن است که اکثر دانشجویان مورد بررسی، خانواده خودشان را منسجم می دانستند و یکی از عواملی که باعث موفقیت تحصیلی آن‌ها می باشد وضعیت انسجام خانواده آن‌ها است.
