BUDGET EXPENDITURES IN DEVELOPED COUNTRIES AND TRANSFORMING ECONOMIES

Abstract
The paper examines the processes associated with the formation of budgetary expenditures in developed and transformational economies. It is noted that these countries have more powerful financial potential, which they use based on the tasks facing the country at this stage of socio-economic development. Historical experience has shown that budget expenditures contributed to solving a number of problems and helped these countries to enter a new level of economic and social development. It is noted that budget expenditures can not replace the entire need for finances of the national economy, and therefore, cooperation with the private sector is needed. It is necessary to introduce models of rational allocation and effective use of budget expenditures in order to increase the efficiency of using budget funds.
