BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM) APPLICATION AS A FACTOR OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE COMPETITIVENESS INCREASE

Abstract
Basic principles of building information modelling (BIM) concepts in the field of construction are studied. Challenges, risks and benefits that can arise in the result of information modelling implementation are analysed. Competitive advantages that participants of investment and construction process can achieve due to BIM applying are characterized.
