BULGARIA AS AN ATTRACTIVE OUTSOURCING DESTINATION

Abstract
Outsourcing is a relatively new trend in the global economy, which is rapidly gaining speed and gives the beginning of a new stage in the international division of labor. Over the last few years, the idea of outsourcing has evolved from its use as a pure tactical short-term management approach to its imposition as a standard long-term business strategy. The purpose of this report is to highlight Bulgaria's position as an attractive outsourcing destination in Europe and the world, and the reasons why our country is a preferred place to outsource business processes.
