BUSINESS PLANNING AS AN EFFICIENT METHOD OF ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY (THEORETICAL-METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT)

Abstract
The article conducts a thorough and complex theoretical and methodological analysis of business planning method in the system of anti-crisis management of the company (enterprise). Views of domestic scholars regarding the understanding and interpretation of the essence and content of the concept “enterprise anti-crisis management” are investigated. The main approaches of researchers to the classification of methods used in anti-crisis management at enterprise are characterised. The importance and efficiency of applying the method of business planning at the enterprise in a crisis or in the process of financial rehabilitation (recovery) are substantiated. Features of the anti-crisis business plan at enterprise are revealed and considered in detail.
