Abstract
The development of regional markets of educational services is a priority direction of regional policy and promotes the improvement of the social and economic level of regional development and the restoration of economic growth in Ukraine. In this regard, the identification of the factors influencing the development of regional educational services in the context of the formation of a state and regional strategy of the development of education has a scientific and practical significance. The purpose of the article is to provide scientific substantiation of the factors influencing the development of regional markets of educational services in Ukraine. The external and internal factors and the classification of factors influencing the regional markets of educational services have been determined.
