BUSINESS QUALITIES OF THE MODERN HEAD IN THE CONTEXT OF PSYCHOLOGY OF THE INFLUENCE ON THE SUBORDINATES

Abstract
The article examines the business qualities of a modern manager in the context of human resource management. Different managerial methods of psychological influence of the head on subordinates are analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages are determined. It is proved that in order to choose the best method of influence on employees, it is necessary to take into account peculiarities of personality and motivation of people.
