Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of increase of efficiency of activity of the building enterprise. We consider the level of economic development of Ukraine in modern conditions. Based on the analysis of economic indicators of the construction industry tendencies of its development. Are considered indicators characterizing the efficiency of the enterprise. Select the task, analyze the effectiveness of the enterprise.
