Calibration of terrestrial laser scanner
Journal Title: Geodetski glasnik - Year 2017, Vol 51, Issue 48
Abstract
Terrestrial laser scanning is very powerful and advanced geodetic surveying technique, which has lately made significant progress in its development and improvement. For results of laser scanning to be accurate and reliable, beside the list of other conditions, it is necessary to have calibrated laser scanner. Calibration of laser scanner is very important element of the whole laser scanning process and it is necessary to give this element special attention. In this paper authors try to describe different procedures of calibration of terrestrial laser scanners.

Parameters determination of the circular object with application of regression analysis
Paper presents the method of determining parameters defining the shape and size of the engineering objects through a series of discrete points, as well as controlling the geometry of the objects using regression analysis...
Changes in the level of magnetic declination in the Adriatic from 1806 to 1995 – a contribution to the history of Adriatic seafaring
The paper analyzes changes in magnetic declination in the Adriatic Sea from the first measurements in 1806 to the latest isogonic charts from 1995. The basis of analysis are data provided by the Adriatic pilot books as l...
