CANDIDATE INTERNSHIP IN COOPERATIVES AND AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVES

Abstract
The subject of the study is a detailed analysis of the candidate internship institution in workers’ cooperatives and in agricultural cooperatives. The former primarily base their activity on the personal activity of their own members, while the latter are characterized by the fact that their basic subject of functioning is running a common farm and activities for the benefit of individual farms of members. While the legislator in Article 200 of Cooperative Law regulates the rules and manner of holding a candidate internship in workers’ cooperatives, there is no analogical regulation in agricultural cooperatives. This raises important interpretative doubts in the legal doctrine and practice and the fundamental question about the admissibility of using the candidate internship in these organizations. Apart from the internship structure in cooperative organizations, the author also analyzes the legal situation of the candidates taking part in it<br/><br/>
