Abstract
This paper analyzes the stages of creation and further development of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminal Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Lviv. %e considerable attention is paid to describing the scienti#c school of criminal legal proceedings and the academic activity of the most outstanding scientists of the Law Faculty in the field of Criminal Procedure and Criminal Law.<br/><br/>
