Career planning as an instrument of young specialists’ labor motivation management

Abstract
The problem of the necessity of young specialists’ labor motivation management as personnel capacity of the organization is considered in this article. Attention is concentrated on a question of modern youth provision in the work sphere. The most effective model of management of internally corporate career of young specialists is proved and recommended.
