Case Study: Servant Leadership Project in a Ukrainian University

Abstract
The case study is based on the author’s experience of one of the previous employment places and the international project implementation related to education management and corporate culture. The facts and data presented in the text as well as the names of people and their positions, all place names and location are true. The official name of the institution and some other names are not specified for political reasons. The findings of the experience give evidence in favor of a change in the leadership paradigm [6] which deviates from the standard management theory and focuses on the human resources as the basic item of a company’s values. The case study emphasizes the shift from declared values to healthy practices, ethical decision making at all levels of an institution and its professional development and economic growth.
