ЧАСТОТА ЭПИТЕЛИОЦИТОВ ДЕСНЫ С ЯВЛЕНИЯМИ ЦИТОПАТОЛОГИИ У БОЛЬНЫХ ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ СЕРДЦА ПРИ ДЛИТЕЛЬНОМ ПРИЁМЕ АЦЕТИЛСАЛИЦИЛОВОЙ КИСЛОТЫ

Abstract
The article presents data on the importance of the functional condition of the gingival epitheliocytes which are not only mechanical barrier for the stimulus penetration into the periodontal tissue, but also epitheliocytes take an active part in both of nonspecific and specific immunoreficiency reactions in the oral cavity. We found increasing of epithelial cell abnormalities in patients with CHD. Direct connection between the frequency of cytopathology and the duration of anti-aggregation therapy with ASA is shown. This cytopathology can be estimated as a consequence not only of the underlying disease (CHD), but also as an effect of exogenous factors such as medications.
