CATEGORIES OF CRIMINAL-LAW DEFENCE IN THE LEGISLATION OF ENGLISH-AMERICAN COUNTRIES: THEIR SYSTEMATIZATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of categories of criminal-law defense in the legislation of English-American countries and the formation of systematized results in the form of a table for the ratio of these categories among themselves. When effectuation such the ratio, the author comes to a series of consecutive and logical conclusions.
