ON DETERMINATION OF CONCEPT OF CORPORATE RIGHTS OF PARTICIPANT OF COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATIONS

Abstract
The legislative and doctrinal definitions of the corporate rights are critically analyzed in the article. The author provides new definition of the concept of the corporate rights for the commercial companies on the basis of properties of the aforesaid rights.
