CONSTITUTIONAL MODERNIZATION OF LOCAL GOVERNANCE IN MODERN CONDITIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with some aspects of the constitutional amendments offered to the public. It outlines problematic issues of development of the local government institution and ways of their solution. This article analyzes the draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine in terms of decentralization. As follows from the analysis, the ways of constitutional modernization in terms of local governance are offered. The author comes out with the conclusion, that the constitutional modernization of legal framework of local governance will lead to a substantial revision of the content and essential component of many other constitutional institutions.
