STRUCTURAL CONFIGURATION OF THE SYSTEM OF COMBATING CROSS-BORDER CRIME AT THE EXTERNAL BORDERS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
The main attention is paid to the structural configuration of the emerging system of combating cross-border crime in the European Union, in particular: partnership with transit countries and donor countries on destruction the schemes of migrants movement; сreation of the European border and coast guard on the platform of FRONTEX; decision to use the forces and means of the military-political Alliance, which is NATO, in a purely police operation in the Aegean Sea; the mechanism of information exchange between border guard agencies of the Member States of the EU – EUROSUR; extension of the partner countries naval forces powers involved in combating illegal migration and dissemination of them to the border space of countries with the highest migration risk; operations of international institutions aimed at the search of the organizers of illegal cross-border movement of people, border guard services assistance, registration and identification of migrants.
