STRUGGLE WITH CORRUPTION IN THE BODIES OF THE UKRAINIAN JUDICIAL AUTHORITY (IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE)

Abstract
The article analyzes the main corruption risks in the judicial authorities of Ukraine. The main directions of activity of anti-corruption bodies on prevention of corruption in the bodies of judicial power are determined. The author has researched international experience in preventing and combating corruption in countries such as Belgium, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden and others. The place of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau in the field of prevention and fight against corruption is found out. The main international legal acts concerning the prevention of corrupt practices are outlined. The author developed the necessary measures to combat corruption in the judiciary of Ukraine. Also, the positive effects of combating corruption in courts are projected.
