USINGNON-VERBAL INFORMATION DURING INVESTIGATIVE (SEARCH) ACTIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of using non-verbal information during investigative (search) actions to obtain (collect) evidence or to verify evidence already obtained in criminal proceedings. It is proved that non-verbal information is one of the types of criminalistical information. The use of non-verbal information regarding the stages of investigative (search) action was investigated. The study of the problems of fixing non-verbal information is also actualized by the process of improving the criminal procedural legislation, introduces certain corrections to the issues of securing evidence. Carrying out of the analysis will allow to draw a conclusion about the properties and status of participants in criminal proceedings at various stages of investigative (search) actions, to facilitate the immediate orientation of the investigator in the situation and to choose an optimal line of his own behavior for achieving the overall goal of investigative (search) actions and resolving the investigation tasks.
