THE REVIEW OF SUPREME COURT’S OF UKRAINE DECISIONS IN CIVILIAN AFFAIRS ACCORDING TO THE COURT REFORM

Abstract
The article is devoted to the revision of judgments by the Supreme Court of Ukraine in the light of the judicial reform. Modern trends in judicial reform encouraged to pay attention to the Supreme Court of Ukraine, as it was his legal status as well as the content of the civil procedural stage revision of judicial decisions by the Supreme Court of Ukraine today is the subject of many discussions. A significant step towards Ukraine’s European integration was to provide the Supreme Court of Ukraine authority to review judicial decisions on the grounds of unequal application of the court of cassation of the same procedural rules – an appeal against the judgment, which prevents further proceedings on the case or is taken in violation of jurisdiction rules, or statutory competence of courts to hear civil cases; inconsistency of the judgment of the court of cassation laid down in the decision of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on the conclusion of the application in such legal relations of the substantive law.
