JUDICIAL PSYCHIATRIC EXAMINATION OF WITNESSES AND VICTIMS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
In the article the issues of destination of forensic psychiatric examination of witnesses and victims in criminal proceedings and peculiarities of such examinations are explored. Considered a range of issues on which the psychiatrist must provide an answer. Analyzed the types of forensic examinations on victims.
