THE PROBLEM OF COMPENSATION FOR LEGAL AID COSTS IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
In this article the question of the role played by the institution of court costs in the civil proceedings is explored, constituent elements of legal costs, the list of activities that fall under the term «legal aid» were defined, the problems of legal aid costs compensation were determined. According to the results of research, were found gaps in the legislation, because of insufficient definition of actions covered by legal aid, and the absence of legislative definition of the term «expert in the field of law». Based on the analysis of judicial practice found problems that arise in this regard. Analyzed the ways to resolve these problematic issues.
