ABOUT THE CONCEPT OF «SOURCE OF LAW» IN THE INTERNATIONAL LAW SCIENCE

Abstract
The article reviews the existing scientific thoughts about the nature of the international law sources and its role in the historical retrospection. The concept of «international law source» in the context of different philosophical and theoretical approaches to understanding of law is analyzed. The positive and negative tendencies of its further development are marked.
