INTERRELATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL DUTIES OF HUMAN AND CITIZEN WITH PARTICULAR CATEGORIES OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

Abstract
The article considers the interrelation between constitutional duties and legal interests, constitutional responsibility, legal awareness, legal culture. It defines the basic aspects of their interaction. The grounds and sanctions of the constitutional duties, the conditions of enforcement of constitutional duties are defined in the article.
