THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF NOTARIAL ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article focuses on classification the principles of notarial activity. The author allocated and analyzed the general principles of activity of all bodies of the public power, the special principles which characterize specifics of notarial activity, the principles of legal regulation of notarial activity.
