RECOGNITION AND ENFORCEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION AWARDS: LEGISLATIVE INNOVATIONS AND COURT PRACTICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of certain legislative novels on the regulation of the procedure for recognition and enforcement of international commercial arbitration awards in Ukraine, as well as their manifestation in the latest court practice. All considered novels are defined as positive, contributing, inter alia, to an increase in the investment attractiveness of Ukraine.
