FEATURES OF LEGISLATION WAR CRIMES IN THE SOVIET UKRAINE IN THE EARLY POSTWAR YEARS

Abstract
This article explores one of the stages of development of legislation on war crimes in Soviet Ukraine. Preconditions and changes were made to the legislation on war crimes. Analyzed the practice of law for war crimes in the early postwar years.
