MANAGEMENT OF THE NATURAL SELF-CONTROL OF THE SUBJECT AND ITS MAXIMUM APPLICATION

Abstract
The article deals with the management of the natural self-control of the subject and the prospects for further development and improvement of its maximum use. The author made an attempt to determine the energy structure of creative thinking. It is argued that a person reflects in his thinking those aspects of reality that are not given to him in a direct form. However, creativity is not an act of arbitrariness, although it includes intuitive, impulsive, rational and unconscious moments that do not always coincide with rational rational sequence, logic and other requirements of the mind. The author has shown that our world of solid matter touches, interacts with the world of matter unsteadily. Both worlds are woven from the mind. Much in our world is predetermined, subject to a rigid program. Looked mutual influence and their collision rational-logical (the Scientific) and emotional and imaginative thinking. Analysis of European Way of Thinking, formulated by the special social and psychological traditions based on conflicts Interaction between psychological structures. It focuses on the attention of the jurisprudence and hermeneutics relationship, which manifests itself in the interpretation of the various forms and sources of law, shows the growing popularity of legal hermeneutics.
