CRITERIA FOR CLASSIFICATION OF MEASURES TO ENSURE THE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH PENAL PROCEDURAL COMPULSION

Abstract
The concept of «measures to ensure criminal proceedings» and «penal procedural compulsion» are not identical concepts. They relate to each other as the general and the particular. Among the measures to ensure the criminal proceedings can be identified such that are not associated with a time limit of human rights and freedoms, and the use of which does not entail restrictions for the participant production of property, moral or organizational nature (for example, a court challenge, challenge investigator or prosecutor, as well as temporary access to things and documents).
