CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR PARTICIPATING IN A FIGHT: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF CONTINENTAL COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article investigates the norms of criminal liability for participating in a fight in the legislation of continental countries. The author conducted a comparative legal analysis of the existence of similar norms in the Criminal Code of Ukraine and made the appropriate conclusions on the possibility of using foreign experience.
