DETERMINATION OF THE STATUS OF SUBJECTS WHICH CONSIDER THE CASE ON CONSIDERING DISPUTES ON THE CARRIAGE OF GOODS BY MARITIME TRANSPORT IN THE SPHERE OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to research of theoretical aspects of normative-legal regulation of relations in the transport of goods by sea in the EU and examines issues of conflicts of regulating relations arising in the field of maritime transport. The attention is focused on the problem determination procedures for liability and limits of liability of the carrier pursuant to international conventions which regulated matters concerning real rights to a product that is in the way the contract of affreightment. Attention is focused on determining the features status of subjects dealing with cases concerning disputes concerning the carriage of goods by sea between carriers not subject to the conditions of the contract of carriage of goods in international relations.
