FEATURES OF DISPUTE SETTLEMENT MECHANISMS IN THE PROCESS OF EUROPEAN ECONOMIC INTEGRATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
This article analyzes the mechanisms of dispute resolution, provide the basis for protecting the rights and interests of individuals in regional relations with other states and / or international organizations. Studied such mechanisms within the framework of the WTO, as well as provided for in the agreements concluded by Ukraine – Agreement on trade with the EFTA countries and the European Union Association Agreement. Ukraine- European Union Association Agreement (AA) to settle the dispute involves the use of various methods: consultation, arbitration, arbitration Pane, mediation mechanisms. The methods of interpretation are also investigated in the article.
